If your card hasn't arrived yet:
Your Tilt credit card typically arrives within 5–10 business days of approval, in a bright yellow envelope. If it's been longer than 12 business days, you can request a replacement.
If your card arrived damaged:
A damaged card can be reissued with the same card number. You can keep using your current (damaged) card until the new one arrives and you activate it.
How to request a replacement or reissue:
Open the Tilt app and go to the Credit Card tab.
Tap Physical card, then select Replace physical card.
Choose the reason:
My card is lost, stolen, or never arrived — a replacement is sent with a new card number; your current card is deactivated immediately.
My card is damaged — a reissue is sent with the same card number; keep using your current card until the new one is activated.
Confirm your mailing address and tap Replace card.
Your new card will arrive within 5–10 business days in a bright yellow envelope.
If you've updated your address in the last 30 days, you may need to verify your identity before a replacement can be sent. Follow the in-app prompts or contact us if you get stuck.
If you believe your card was stolen or used fraudulently:
Freeze your card immediately and contact us.
